Многофункциональный торговый комплекс по ул. Соколова в г....

По заданию частного Заказчика нами был разработан эскизный проект "Многофункционального торгового комплекса по ул. Соколова в г. Валуйки, Белгородской области".

К нам обратились с просьбой рассмотреть возможность расположения торгового комплекса, на имеющегося у заказчика в собственности отведенного участка земли. Нами был проведен анализ существующей застройки, учтены противопожарные нормы , нормы экологические, и др., в результате был разработан полный комплект документов для рассмотрения данного объекта в местной администрации.

Характеристики объекта:

Общая торговая площадь 1782 м2 / 100м2 * 5м/м =89 /м

Общая площадь зоны фудкорта -95,0 м2

Кинотеатр -на 100 посет. -10 м/м

Нормир. кол-во стоянок -105 м/м

Торгово-офисный комплекс по ул. Есенина в г.Белгороде

XI микрорайон г. Белгорода – молодой быстроразвивающийся район города. Большое количество жилых многоквартирных домов, построенных в данном районе города влечет за собой увеличение потребности в различных инфраструктурных объектах, одним из которых и должен стать проектируемый торговый центр.

Проектируемое здание предполагается разместить на пересечении ул. Есенина и Бульвара Юности рядом со сквером, уже ставшим излюбленным местом отдыха горожан.
